A homeless warrior from the destroyed city of Landa wandered the desert and was picked up by a Kaiila rider. To his surprise, it was the former administrator and Ubar of Landa! The surprise was great on both sides. The warrior signed on as a mercenary with the House of Yuroki Company.
It must be added that at its peak, Landa had the largest army in all of Gor and was feared as far north as the north. The warriors of Landa thus had a certain reputation.
